The Local Government Academy (LGA) is the training and development institution for capacity building towards effective and inclusive local governance.Since its inception in 1998, the LGA has been committed to deliver quality programs to help Local Government Units (LGUs) and the local government sector of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) improve their service and innovate existing initiatives to meet emerging needs.
